DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS:

From North of Orem, heading South on I-15:

Take the Orem Center Street Exit # 271. Turn left off of the off ramp, heading East on Center Street. After you go through the stop light at 1200 West, you will take your first right, which is 1160 West. The entrance to our office parking lot is the first left.

From South of Orem, heading North on I-15:

Take the Orem Center Street Exit # 271. Turn right off of the off ramp, heading East on Center Street. After you go through the stop light at 1200 West, you will take your first right, which is 1160 West. The entrance to our office parking lot is the first left.

Documents That Are Helpful To Bring To Your Initial Consultation:

• A detailed list of your monthly living expenses, such as the amounts you spend on food, clothing, housing, utilities, taxes, transportation, medicine, and any other amount you spend regularly.
• Documents related to any current or pending legal matters against you.
• A list of all gross (before taxes) income, received during the past 6 month, for yourself and your spouse.
• A copy of your most recent tax returns
