DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS:
From North of Orem, heading South on I-15:
Take the Orem Center Street Exit # 271. Turn left off of the off ramp, heading East on Center Street. After you go through the stop light at 1200 West, you will take your first right into the parking lot of a large two story red brick office building. Follow the drive around the building to the right and that will drop you into the parking lot of our building.
From South of Orem, heading North on I-15:

Documents That Are Helpful To Bring To Your Initial Consultation:
- A detailed list of your monthly living expenses, such as the amounts you spend on food, clothing, housing, utilities, taxes, transportation, medicine, and any other amount you spend regularly.
- Documents related to any current or pending legal matters against you.
- A list of all gross (before taxes) income, received during the past 6 month, for yourself and your spouse.
- A copy of your most recent tax returns
